Study Trip Volunteers
Please be aware that if you will be attending any of your child’s field trips we need the following information PRIOR to that date.
1. Copy of your driver’s license.
2. Copy of your current auto insurance declaration page (must show limits).
3. Must be fingerprinted through the Diocese of Orange (if you have not, please come to the school office to make arrangements).
4. Must be Safe Environment trained and have read and signed the “Policy Against Sexual Misconduct” handbook.
