Please share of your time and talent!
Like fundraising,
Parent Service hours helps us keep the tuition affordable. We value your participation in the school
community and the many hours you give help support our fundraisers and activities. As the primary educator of your children ,
your active participation is a wonderful opportunity to model the value of
service for others.
Service Hours
Giving of
your time and talents helps our school meet a wide variety of needs and keeps
down our costs.
Each family is expected to do 50 hours of service with
a minimum of 5 hours given to either St. Philip or St. Mary’s
Parish Festival . For service hours to
truly help our school it is important that most of the hours are done for our
school and students; therefore a maximum of 10 hours can be done for the parish
and the remaining hours must be done for the school.
Service Hours can be completed in a wide variety of
ways including, but not limited to:
·

To ensure that we are able to complete school
activities and provide help for the
teachers throughout the school year, service hours need to be spread over the
year with 25 hours done between August
and December and25 hours done between January and May ( summer service hours
can be done by special arrangement).
